AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE S104,000. FROM THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE 1985 RENTAL REHABILITATION <br />GRANT PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Four <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($104,000.)
