TEMPORARY RESIDENCE FACILITY: <br /> <br /> 7. That Section 40-121 (a) (i) of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended by <br />including therein the following described use: <br /> <br />TEMPORARY RESIDENCE FACILITY UPON THE GRANTING <br />OF A USE PERMIT AS PROVIDED IN THIS CHAPTER: <br /> <br /> 8. That Section 40-121 (a) (v) of the C~de of <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended by <br />including therein the following described use: <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />TEMPORARY RESIDENCE FACILITY UPON THE GRANTING <br />OF A USE PERMIT AS PROVIDED IN THIS CHAPTER: <br /> <br /> 9. That Section 40-68.1 (e) of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended by <br />including therein the following described use: <br /> <br />TEMPORARY RESIDENCE FACILITY: <br /> <br /> 10.
