AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $200,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR PARTICIPATION OF THE CITY IN 50% OF <br />T~E COST OF CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS <br />AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE DOWNTOWN D-1 AREA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Vir§lnia, that the sum of Two Hundred <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($200,000.) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is, appropriated from the Capital Improvement <br />Fund for participation of the City in fifty percent <br />(50%) of the cost of construction and installation of <br />sidewalks and public improvements in the Downtown D-1 <br />area as specified on the attached project list. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on September 10, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
