FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />FOR INITIAL COSTS AND OPERATING EXPENSES FOR A MOUNTED <br />POLICE PATROL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand and <br />00/100 ($15,000.)
