AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $620,000 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND TO COMPLETE THE PHASE I REHABILITATION <br />AND IMPROVEMENTS OF WILLETT AUDITORIUM; <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Six Hundred Twenty <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($620,000) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is, appropriated from the Capital Improvement <br />Fund to complete the Phase I rehabilitation and <br />improvements of Willett Auditorium. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held August 27, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />CityClerk <br /> <br /> <br />
