1985-78 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTh, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING SECTION 24-100 (b) THEREOF, <br />PERTAINING TO FEES FOR SLEEPY HOLE GOLF COURSE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that Section 24-100 (b) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 24-100. Fees. <br /> <br /> ~. Any person desiring to play golf shall first apply to . _ <br />the caretaker of the golf course and pay, before starting to <br />play, the following fees: <br /> <br />(b) At Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf Course: <br /> <br />9 holes-Weekdays ................ $5.00 <br />18 holes-Weekdays ............ g 6.50 <br />Addition 9 or 18 holes-Weekday '~]2.00 <br />9 holes-Weekends and holidays .... 6.00 <br />18 holes-Weekends and holidays ...8.00 <br />Book of 20 tickets, 18 holes- <br />Weekdays .................... 100.00 <br />Senior citizens- 18 holes- <br />Weekdays only ................ 4.00 <br />Primary and secondary school <br />students-Weekdays only ....... 3.00 <br />Golf cart rentals-9 holes 6.50 <br /> Golf cart rentals-18 holes'[][[[il2.00 <br /> <br /> Upon receipt of proof of satisfactory identification, <br />the caretaker of Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf Course is hereby <br />authorized to reduce all fees, except golf cart rentals, set <br />forth in this subparagraph by the amount of twenty per cent <br />(20%) thereof for residents of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held July 23, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
