AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $195,000. FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO CONNECT TIDEWATER <br />COMMUNITY COLLEGE'S SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM TO THE HAMPTON <br />ROADS SANITATION DISTRICT PLANT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred <br />Ninety-Five Thousand and 00/100 ($195,000.) Dollars be, <br />and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Public <br />utility Capital Improvement Fund to connect Tidewater <br />Community College's sanitary sewer system to the Hampton <br />Roads Sanitation District Plant. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held July 23, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
