AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $17,716. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR INSTALLATION AND REPAIR OF FENCING <br />AT MANOR HIGH SCHOOL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Seventeen <br />Thousand, Seven Hundred sixteen Dollars and 00/100 <br />($17,716.) be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from <br />the Capital Improvement Fund for installation and repair <br />of fencing at Manor High school. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, at a meeting held July 23, 1985. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
