AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, AS ~4ENDED, BY REPEALING SECTION 4-2 <br />THEREOF PERTAINING TO ANIMALS AND FOWL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 4-2 of Chapter 4 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended by repealing <br />Section 4-2 thereof. <br /> <br /> 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon date of <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on July 9, 1985. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
