In cases of emergency where extreme <br />to exist which may involve danger to <br /> the Director or <br /> <br />concerned. <br /> <br /> such notice shall: <br /> (1) Be put in writing. <br /> <br /> (2) Identify the violation found. <br /> <br /> (3) Allow a reasonable time, not to <br />exceed one hundred twenty (120) days for correction of <br />the violations. Where violations give rise to immediate <br />health or safety hazards to occupants, visitors, or <br />persons near the premises, the Director or his <br />representative shall require corrections to be made with <br />dispatch. Where health or safety hazards are present, <br />the Housing Board of AdjustmentS and Appeals shall not <br />recognize difficulties in obtaining labor or repair <br />materials as grounds for granting of any variance or <br />extension of time in which to comply. <br /> (4) Said notice shall ~u~ther state <br /> that if the violations are not corrected within the <br /> stated time as set forth in the notice, legal <br /> proceedings will be instituted against the person or <br /> persons responsible for the premises. <br /> <br /> Section 104. Inspections. <br /> The Director of Housing Services and Community <br /> Development shall make or cause to be made inspections <br /> to determine the condition of dwellings, dwelling units, <br /> rooming units, and premises, in the interest of safe <br /> guarding the health and safety of the occupants of <br /> dwellings and of the general public. For the purpos~ of <br /> making such inspections, the Director or his agent, <br /> hereby authorized to enter, examine, and survey at all <br /> reasonable times, all dwellings, dwelling units, rooming <br /> units, and premises, subject to the provisions of <br /> Section 103.1. <br /> <br />contrary be shown. <br />hazards are known <br />life or limb or serious property d~age, <br />his representative, shall have the right o~ eatry <br />without permission of any person or any warrant. <br /> <br /> Section 103.2 (a).
