(3) Snipe signs; <br /> <br />(4) Roof signs; <br /> <br /> (5) Banner signs <br />erected by public body <br />celebration; <br /> <br />in public right-of-way except %hose <br />temporary for an event, activity or <br /> <br /> (6) Nonconforming on-premises signs if the advertised <br />business changes from that existing at the time of adoption <br />of this article. <br /> <br /> (7) Signs which are of a size, location, movement, content, <br />coloring, or manner of illumination which may be construed as <br />a traffic-control device or which hide from view any traffic <br />or street sign Dr signal or which obstruct the view in any <br />direction at a street or road intersection, as determined <br />by the city traffic engineer. <br /> <br /> (8) Temporary or nonstructural signs not otherwise <br />exempted or permitted. For the purposes of this article <br />a sign shall be considered nonstructura! if it has no permanently <br />mounted, self-supporting structure or is not an integral Dart <br />of a building. This section shall include signs mounted on <br />wb~eels and otherwise constructed to be used as a temporary <br />sign display. <br /> <br /> 2.
