Upon failure of the violator to pay the penalty for the <br />violation noted herein within eight (8) days from the <br />date of violation, a summons or warrant~for the <br />prosecution of the violation shall be issued according <br />to law, without necessity of a warrant being obtained by <br />the owner of such private parking area. Any person <br />convicted of a violation of this section shall be <br />punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars <br />(S100.00). <br /> <br />Section 23-365. <br /> <br />Other permissible lights; <br />fire department vehicles, <br />vehicles, etc. <br /> <br />police and <br />emergency <br /> <br /> Any motor vehicle may be equipped with no more than <br />two (2) fog lamps, one passing lamp, one driving lamp, <br />two (2) side lamps of not more than slx (6) candlepower; <br />interior light of not more than fifteen (15) <br />candlepower; vacant or destination signs and one <br />steady-burning, white lamp for the nighttime <br />illumination of exterior advertising, emitting a <br />diffused light of such intensity as not to project a <br />glaring or dazzling light on vehicles operated as public <br />carriers, and signal lamps. <br /> <br /> Only fire apparatus, forest warden vehicles, <br />ambulances, rescue and life-saving vehicles, those <br />vehicles listed in paragraph (a) of this section, and <br />school buses may be equipped with flashing, blinking or <br />alternating red or red and white emergency lights of a <br />type approved by the Superintendent. Only law <br />enforcement vehicles may be equipped with flashing, <br />blinking or alternating blue emergency lights of types <br />approved by the Superintendent. <br /> <br /> Vehicles used for the principal purpose of towing <br />or servicing disabled vehicles or in constructing, <br />maintaining and repairing highways or utilities on or <br />along public highways, vehicles used for the principal <br />purpose of removing hazardous or polluting substances <br />from the state waters and drainage areas on or along <br />public highways for use only when performing such duties <br />and hi-rail vehicles may be equipped with flashing, <br />blinking or alternating amber warning lights of a type <br />approved by the SuDerintendent, but such lights on <br />hi-rail vehicles shall be activated only when such <br />vehicles are operated on railroad rails, however, <br />vehicles used by individuals for emergency snow removal <br />purposes shall also be allowed to use such amber warning <br />lights during such snow removal operation. <br /> <br /> High intensity amber flashinq lights, visible for <br />at least five hundred (500) feet, as prescribed by the <br />Superintendent, shall also be required for use on any <br /> <br /> <br />
