3. This use permit is approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The preschool/kindergarten facilty classroom <br />hours shall be limited to 9:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m.. <br /> <br /> (b) No more than thirty-five (35) children shall <br />be in attendance at any one time. <br /> <br /> (c) Ail building, fire, and health codes must be <br />met prior to occupancy and prior to commencement of operations <br />of the fa. cility. <br /> <br /> (d) This use permit is issued to Marilyn W. Jennings, <br />Directress, Montessori Children's Center, 1610 Hodges Ferry Road, <br />and is not transferable to any other person, entity or location. <br /> <br /> (e) The applicant shall compiy with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances, policies, and regulations of federal, state, <br />and local governments, and shall obtain all necessary licenses <br />and permit. <br /> <br /> (f) ~f outdoor play is provided, a seven thousand <br />(7,000) square foot fenced-in play area must be established <br />on the property with site plan and type of fencing subject to <br />approval of the City Planning Staff prior to installation. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meet±ng held July 24, 1984. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
