S 86° 21' 27" E, a distance of 19.13', to a point; <br />thence N 89° 17" 33" E, a distance of 171.31', to <br />a point; thence S 2° 16' 21" E, a distance of 344.66' <br />to a point on the northern right-of-way of West <br />Norfolk Road; thence along the northern right-of-way <br />of West Norfolk Road S 74° 45' 05" W, a distance of <br />197.93', to a point; thence N 45° 27' 25" W, a dis- <br />tance of 98.09', to the True Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />Said parcel to be rezoned from R-150 to 0R-75. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Ordinance Amendment Z-83-26 is conditioned <br />upon the following: <br /> <br /> (a) There shall be joint access along the <br />between Parcels I and II with a curb cut off of West <br />Road of no more than thirty feet (30') in width. <br /> <br />boundary <br />Norfolk <br /> <br /> (b) A building setback line of fifty (50') from <br />West Norfolk Road and the eastern boundary of Parcel I shall <br />be provided. The fifty (50') foot building setback line will <br />not include any parking lot, but will be devoted to landscaping <br />beautification.
