ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-83-26 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: I. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-150, the property described and petitioned to Zoning Amendment Z-~3-26 is hereby amended and changed so as to show Parcel I of said property zoned as Office Residential OR-75-K (Conditional), and Parcel II of said property zoned as Office Residential 0R-75. 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described as follows: PARCEL I (~)R-75--K) BEGInnING at the northeastern right-of-way in- tersection of Cedar Lane and West Norfolk Road; thence S 45~ 27' 25" E, a distance of ~8.09', to the point on the northern right-of-way of West Norfolk Road; thence along the northern right-of-way of West Norfolk Road N 74° 45' 05" E, a distance of 197.93' to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 2~ 16' 21" W, a distance of 344.66', to a point; thence N 89~ 17' 33" E, a distance of 241.19', to a point; thence S 1° 12' 27" W, a distance of 299.58', to a point on the north- ern right-of-way of West Norfolk Road; thence along the northern right-of-way of West Norfolk Road S 80° 32' 35" W, a distance of 118.92', to a point; thence along the northern right-of-way of West Norfolk Road S 75° 45' 05" W, a distance of 107.68', to the True Point of Beginning. Said parcel to be rezoned from R-150 to OR-75-K.
