BE iT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia reserves unto itself perpetual easements, rights <br />and privileges to install, maintain, operate and replace <br />water mains and laterals, electric power lines, sewer mains, <br />sewer drains, sanitary sewers and storm drains within, over, <br />under and across the hereinabove-described portion of said <br />public right-of-way and alley. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City-of Portsmouth, virginia <br />at a meeting held March 27, 1984. <br /> <br />· Teste. <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
