ZONING AMENDM~T ORDINANCE Z-84-4 BE iT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: I. That the portion of the Zoning ~ap attached to ~-~d made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-75 the p~o~ perry described in Petition for Zoning. Amendment No. Z-84-4, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Office Residential OR-75-K Conditional, and that said property .is hereby- zoned as Office Residential 0t~-75-K Con- ditional. 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described as follows: · ~ Z-84-4 BEGINNING at~a point on the west right-of- way of Westmoreland Avenue 60' + north from its interseotion with King Street; Thence 'north a- long said right-of-way 320'~ ~; thence west 175' + to the water line of Baines Creek; thence ~outheriy along said water line to the north right-of-way of King Street, a distance of 420' +; thence east along said right-of-way 195' +; ~h~nce north 60'; thence east 90' to the west right-of-way of Westmoreland Avenue, the point of beginning. 3. Zoning Ordinance Amendment Z-84-4 is conditioned upon the following as proffered by the petitioner: (a) The use of the aforementioned property shall be limited to a group home for independent adults providing ac- commodations at 500 Westmoreland Avenue for forty-seven -(47) adults and accommodations at 410 Westmoreland Avenue for six (6) adults; (b) The operation of the adult group home shall be in conformity with use permit UP-84-3 approved by the Council the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held March 27, 1984, and any subsequent amendents thereto~ of Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held March 27, 1984.
