members of the Commission shall be appointed from at least three <br />(3) nominees made by the Cradock Property Owner's Association, <br />one (I) shall be appointed from at least three (3) nominees made <br />by the Old Truxtun Community League, one (1) shall be appointed <br />from at least three (3) nominees made by the Olde Towne Civic <br />League. The four (4) remaining members shall be chosen to pro- <br />vide professional expertise as architects, attorneys, real estate <br />agents or historians. <br /> <br /> The Cormmission of Architectural Review for Port Norfolk and <br />Park View shall consist of seven (7) members, all of whom shall <br />be residents of the City. They shall be appointed by the City <br />Council ~or terms of office of three (3) years from the date of <br />appointment. Of the members appointed~, one (1) of the members <br />of the Commission shall be appointed from at least three (3) <br />nominees made by the Port Norfolk Civic League, and one (1) shall <br />be appointed from at least three (3) nominees made by the Park <br />V±ew Civic League. The five (5) remaining members shall be <br />chosen to provide professional expertise as architects, attorneys, <br />real estate agents or historians. Provided, however, that of <br />those first-appointed, tw~ ~2) shall be appointed for one (1) <br />year, two ~) for two ~2) years, and three (3} three for three <br />(31 years with terms exp!ring on April 1st of the respective <br />year. <br /> <br /> A vacancy occurring in the membership of the Commission <br />for any cause shall be filled by the City Council for the <br />expired port±on of the term. That Section 40~102 CB) be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Historic Residential: <br /> <br /> The following regulations shall apply to the Historic <br />Residential Subdlstrict and to all structures used only for <br />residential purposes located in the Historic Limited Office <br />Subdistrict. In Cradock, requirements applicable to the resi- <br />dential R-75 Zoning District as prescribed shall continue to <br />apply. H±storic Residential HR as applicable to Olde Towne <br />shall apply to Port Norfolk Historic Distr~ct and Park View <br />Historic District in all aspects other than the exceptions <br />and special additions provided for herein.
