AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, BY REPEALING ARTICLE XII THEREOF, <br />PERTAINING TO THE CITIZENS ADVISORY CO~ITTEE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that Chapter 2 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, be amended by repealing Article XII thereof <br />(~2-261, 2-262, 2-263, 2-264, 2-265, 2-266, 2-267, 2-268, <br />2-269, and 2-270), and that said Article and the sections con- <br />tained therein be, and hereby is, repealed. <br /> <br /> This ordinance is to be effective from the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held October 23, 1984. <br /> <br />Teste-. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
