AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $105,000 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND TO COVER ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE FEES FOR <br />CITY PARK. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($105,000.)
