If in the <br />determination of the eunount of any retirement allowance <br />payable under any of the provisions of this Article, it <br />is necessary that the ar~ount of an actual social secutiry <br />benefit be known, it shall be the responsibility of the <br />beneficiary to supply such information to the board on <br />request~ if such information ~s not supplied When requested, <br />the board shall make any reasonable assumption in may deem <br />proper as to %he amount of such benefit. <br /> <br />Section 31-280.
