FROM THE VIRGINIA <br />PUBLIC ASSISTANCE FUND FOR E~fERGENCY ASSISTANCE FOR THE ~O- <br />PARENT UNE~LOYED F~L~ILIES PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred Fifty-One Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($351,000.)
