AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $914,000. FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />CAPITAL IMPROVE~&ENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OFUTILITIES TO <br />SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT OF A MARINE SERVICES PARK IN THE PINNERS <br />POINT PORT AREA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Nine Hundred Fourteen Thousand and <br />00/100 ($914,000.)
