(f)' Definitions. When used~in the A~t~cle. ~ll Brass knuckles: A set of ~etal finger rings or guards attached to a trasverse piece and worn over the front of the doubled fist for use as a weapon. ~2) BoWie knife: A stout Single edged hunting knife with part of the back ~dge curved concavel~ to a point and sharpened. Dirk: [4~ Hook: holding or pulling. A long straight bladed dagger. A curved or bent device for catching, A keen-edged instrument for shaving or ('5) Razor: cutting hair. ~[61 Switchblade knife: A pocket knife having the blade suring-operated so that pressure on a release catch causes it to fly open. ('7} Slingshot: A cord adapted so as to throw-stones or other projectiles through a rapid swinging movement of the arm. Section 21-50. Accessories to gambling activity; penalty. Any person, firm or association of persons, other than those persons specified in other sections of this Article, who knowingly aids, abets or assists in the operation of an illegal gambling enterprise, activity or operation, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Section 21-54. Exception as to bingo games and raffles conducted by certain organizations. (~ Nothing in this Article shall ~appiy to a bingo ga~e or raffle conducted in accordance with the provisions of Article 1.t, Chapter 8 of Title 18.2, Section 18.2-340.1 through Section ~8.2-340. 12, Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. (~) There is hereby adopted by the Council of the City of -Portsmouth for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the c~nduct of bingo games or raffles, Art±cle 1.1, 'Chapter 8, Title 18.2, sections 18.2-340.1 through 18.2-340.12, Code of ~irginia, 1950, as amended, and the same is hereby adopted as fully as if set out at length herein and the provisions.of thereof shall be controllingwithfn the corporate limits of the City.
