Section 21-76. Punishment for first offense ~nde~ Sections, 21-~0 <br /> through 21-75. <br /> <br /> Any person, firm, association or corporation, convicted for <br />the first time under Sections 21-70 .through 21'-75, shall be <br />guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. <br /> <br />Section.21_91%'~Abusive~and Insulting.Language. <br /> <br /> If any person shall, in the presence or'hearing of.an0$her, <br />curse or abuse 'such other person, or use any violent abusive-~ <br /> ~n <br /> language to such person concerns g hi~self or any of his re- <br /> lations, or otherwise use such language, under circumstances <br /> reasonable calculated to provoke a breach of the peace, he~ <br /> shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> Section 21-98. Obstructzng justice y threats or force. <br /> <br /> If any person, by threats of other than bodily harm, or <br /> ' e <br /> ~y force, knowingly attempts' to intimidate or impede a judg <br /> j~stice, juror, witness, or any law-enforcement, officer, or <br /> any sheriff or deputy sheriff, lawfully engaged in his duties <br /> as such, or to obstruct 6r impede the admznlstrat~on of ~ust~ce <br /> in any Court, he shall be deemed guilty of a Class i misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> Section 21-110. Persons aiding escape of prisoner or,juvenile. <br /> <br /> When a person is lawfully detained on conviction, commitment <br /> or charge of misdemeanor, as a prisoner in an~ jail within this <br /> City, ?r heId in custody, or when a child is placed ~in a juvenile <br /> debent~on home, or committed to the State Department of Corrections <br /> ' a <br /> mn learning center, or Reception and Diagnostic Center for <br /> Children or held in custody, if any person within the City: <br /> <br /> (!}.
