AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $107,500. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO <br />FAYETTE AND JEFFERSON STREETS EAST OF ELM AVENUE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Seven <br />Thousand, Five Hundred and 00,/100 ($107,500.)
