AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $45,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO RECREATION CENTERS <br />FOR MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of Forty-Five Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($45,000.) Dollars be, and the same hereby <br />is, appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund for <br />improvements to Recueation Centers ~or the following <br />miscellaneous project: <br /> <br />(1) Cradock Community Center ......
