AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $47,300. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR INSTALLATION OF SIGNALIZATION AT <br />THE INTERSECTION OF COAST GUARD BOULEVARD/WEST NORFOLK <br />ROAD AND THE NORFOLK AND SOUTHERN RAILROAD TRACK. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Forty Seven <br />Thousand, Three Hundred and 00/100 ($47,300.)
