AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,665,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE WESTERN <br />FREEWAY PROJECT, PHASE I (CEDAR LANE TO WEST NORFOLK <br />BRIDGE). <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Million, Six <br />Hundred Sixty Five Thousand and 00/100 ($1,665,000..) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from <br />the Capital Improvement Fund for the City's share of the <br />Western Freeway Project, Phase I (Cedar Lane to West <br />Norfolk Bridge). <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia at a meeting held December 9, 1986. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
