FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR DRAINAGE AND <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO NORTH TRUXTUN. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of One Hundred Thirty <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($130,000.)
