(b) A false report knowingly made by the permittee <br />with regard to any matter about which the permittee was <br />employed. <br /> <br /> (c) Divulgence by the permittee to any person other <br />than his client of any information which he obtained from <br />or for his client except when authorized by his client to <br />make such divulgence br when required by law to do so. <br /> <br /> (d) False swearing in any judicial proceeding or <br />suborning perjury by the permittee. <br /> <br />(e) Conviction of the permittee of a felony. <br /> <br /> (f) If the permittee is an association, a firm, <br />partnership or corporation, commission by any member or <br />officer thereof or~ by any employee thereof who performs <br />investigative or detective work therefor of any of the <br />aforesaid acts. <br /> <br /> (g) Revocation or suspension of the permittee's <br />registration or license by the Commonwealth of Virginia. <br /> <br /> The notice to be given to the permittee may be sent to <br />him by certified mail to the address given by him in his <br />application for a permit, which mailing shall constitute <br />sufficient service of the notice. <br /> <br /> 2.
