BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, reserves unto itself a perpetual easemen~.~..~ight <br />and privilege to install, maintain, operate and replace <br />public utility pipes and/or lines over, under and across that <br />portion of the subject property being the western most 20' of <br />said street as designated by a boundary line parallel with an <br />20' east of the western boundary of said street and extending <br />from the Norfolk, Franklin and Danville Railroad property on <br />the north to the boundary of West Norfolk Road. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the ~C~uncil of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 28, 1986. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
