AN ORDINANCE_ TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />'VIRGINIA', 1973, BY AMENDING SECTI'ON 23-2~7 THER~OF <br />PERTAINING TO PARKING METER ZONES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: __. <br /> <br /> 1. That ~257 of the Code of the City of ~ <br />Portsmouth,. Virginia be amended by deleting therefrom the- <br />followings-described parts of%streets in the City from the <br />list of those designated as parking meter zones: <br /> <br /> HIGH STREET BOTH SIDES, from Washington Street to <br />Chestnut Street .... - -- <br /> <br /> 2.
