acticns on preliminary subdivision Dlats shall be completed by <br />'the Planning Commission and, if necessary, state agencies, <br />within a total of ninety days of submissio~ to~ the Commission. <br /> <br /> Preliminary plat approval shall confer upon the <br />subdividor the folI~wing rights for a one year period from the <br />date of preliminary approval: <br /> <br /> (a) ~hat ~ general terms and conditions upon which--the <br /> preliminar~ su-~ivision plat approval was granted will n~t be <br /> changed; 'End <br /> <br /> (b)~ That the said subdividor may submit on or before the <br /> expiration date the whole or part of said plat for final <br /> approval. <br /> <br /> 2. That Section 33-22 of the Code of the City of <br /> Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 33-22. Recordation. <br /> <br /> Unless the subdividor shall record his approved final <br />subdivision plat in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of the City within six months after final approval as <br />provided in Section 33-20, said final plat approval shall be <br />null and void.
