AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $248,702. FROM THE STATE GRANTS <br />FUND FOR EDUCATIONAL, EMPLOYMENT AND RESIDENTIAL SERVICES IN <br />THE COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD MENTAL HEALTH AND MENTAL <br />RETARDATION PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Forty Eight Thousand <br />Seven Hundred Two and 00/100 ($248,702.) ~ollars be, and the <br />same hereby is, appropriated from the State Grants Fund for <br />educational, employment and residential services in the <br />Community Services Board Mental Health and Mental Retardation <br />Program. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held August 12, 1986. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
