AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $76,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE VEHICLE <br />SERVICE CENTER ROOF. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of Seventy-Six <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($76,000.)
