(a) It shall be <br />stand in or otherwise <br />areas. <br /> <br />unlawful for any person to park, stop, <br />obstruct such designated and marked <br /> <br /> (b) In any prosecution under this section, proof that <br />the vehicle described in the complaint, summons, or warrant <br />was parked in violation of this section, together with proof <br />that the defendant was, at the time of such parking, the <br />registered owner of the vehicle, shall constitute prima ~ie <br />evidence that such registered owner of the vehicle was the <br />person who parked the vehicle at the place where and for the <br />time during which such violation occurred. <br /> <br /> (c) When a citation is attached to a vehicle found <br />parked in violation of this section, the owner of the vehicle <br />may, within seventy two hours thereof, pay, in satisfaction <br />of such violation a penalty of S5.00 for each hour or <br />fraction thereof during which such vehicle was unlawfully <br />parked, in accord with the procedure described in §23-224 of <br />the City Code. <br /> <br /> (d) In addition to the aforementioned penalty, any <br />obstruction or vehicle found to be in violation of this <br />section may be removed at the owner's expense for fire safety <br />considerations. <br /> <br /> (e) This section may be enforced by the chief fire <br />inspector, his deputies and/or assistants, and by the City <br />Police Department. <br /> <br />SECTION F-306.2 OF SAID BOCA BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION <br /> CODE, 1984 EDITION, IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />F-306.2: STORAGE UR DISPLAY IN ROOFED-OVER MALLS. <br /> <br /> No combustible goods, merchandise or decorations, or <br />vehicles shall be displayed or stored in a roofed-over mall <br />unless approved by the fire official. <br /> <br />SECTION F-306.3 OF SAID BOCA BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION <br /> CODE, 1984 EDITION, IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION F-306.3: CONIFEROUS TREES. <br /> <br /> The use of live or cut coniferous trees shall be <br />prohibited in all occupancies, except one and two family <br />dwellings, unless approved by the fire official. <br /> <br />SECTION F-306.4 OF SAID BOCA BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION <br /> CODE, 1984 EDITION, IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
