F-105.3.4: <br /> <br />UNAUTHORIZED USE OF SEALED DEVICE OR <br />APPLIANCE. <br /> <br /> (a) It shall be unlawful for any person or user, firm <br />or agent, to continue the use of any device or appliance <br />which has been sealed or ordered sealed under ~F-105.3.3 of <br />this code, unless authority to remove said seal is given by <br />the fire official. <br /> <br /> (b) Unauthorized removal or breakage of said seal, tag <br />or notice, shall constitute a misdemeanor. <br /> <br />SECTION F-105.5.2 OF SAID BOCA BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION <br /> CODE, 1984 EDITION, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />F-105.5,2: CORRECTION OF ~IOLATION REQUIRED. <br /> <br /> The imposition of the penalties herein described shall <br />not prevent the fire official from instituting appropriate <br />action to prevent unlawful construction or to restrain, <br />correct or abate a violation, or to prevent illegal occupancy <br />of a building, structure or premises or to stop an illegal <br />act, conduct or business or use of a building or structure in <br />or about any premises. <br /> <br />SECTION F-105.5.5 OF SAID BOCA BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION <br /> CODE, 1984 EDITION, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />F-105.5.5: FAILURE TO CORRECT VIOLATIONS~ <br /> <br /> If the notice of the violation is not complied with <br />within the time specified by the fire official, the fire <br />official shall request ~he lega~ counsel of the jurisdiction <br />to institute the appropriate legal proceedings to restrain, <br />correct or abate such violation or to require removal or <br />termination of the unlawful use of the building or structure <br />and violations of the provisions-of this code or of any order <br />or direction made pursuant thereto. <br /> <br />SECTION F-311.3 OF SAID BOCA BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION <br />CODE, 1984 EDITION, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />~_~F-311.3: SIGNS AND MARKINGS. <br /> <br /> Signs and markings to designate fire lanes as required <br />by the fire official shall be provided, installed and <br />maintained by the property owner or his agent in a method and <br />manner approved by the fire official. <br /> <br />SECTION F-311.4 <br /> CODE, 1984 <br /> <br /> F-311.4: <br /> <br />OF SAID BOCA BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION <br />EDITION, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />ILLEGAL USE. <br /> <br /> <br />
