(d) THE TERM "OVERCROWDING" IN ~F201 OF THE BOCA <br />BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION CODE, 1984 EDITION, SHALL <br />AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BE <br /> <br /> "Overcrowding" shall mean exceeding the maximum <br />occupancy load of any occupancy as prescribed by this chapter <br />or the building code, or the arrangement of occupants in such <br />a manner as to block any means of egress. <br /> <br />SECTION 12-20: SAME-AMENDMENTS. <br /> <br /> (The Fire Prevention Code adopted in ~12-18 is hereby <br />amended and changed in the following respects:) <br /> <br />SECTION F-102.1.1 OF SAID BOCA BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION <br /> CODE, 1984 EDITION IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />F-102.t.1: INSPECTION BY OTHERS. <br /> <br /> The fire official may designate such other persons, as <br />he deems necessary, to make fire safety inspections. Such <br />persons shall use this chapter as the basis for such <br />inspections. <br /> <br />SECTION F-102.1.2 OF SAID BOCA BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION <br /> CODE, 1984 EDITION, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />F-102ol.2: IMPERSONATIONS. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawfhl for any unauthorized person to use <br />a badge, uniform or any other credential so as to gain access <br />to any building, structure, marine vessel, vehicle or <br />premises or to otherwise falsely identify himself as the fire <br />official or his authorized representative. <br /> <br />SECTION F-102.2o2 OF SAID BOCA/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION CODE, <br /> 1984 EDITON, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />F-102o2.2: RIGHT OF ENTRY. <br /> <br /> (a) Whenever necessary for the purpose of enforcing the <br />provisions of this chapter or whenever the fire official has <br />reasonable cause to believe that there exists in any <br />structure or upon any premises, any condition which makes <br />such structure or premises unsafe, the fire official may <br />enter such structure or premises at all reasonable times to <br />inspect the same or to perform any duty imposed upon the fire <br />official by this chapter. Provided that if such structure or <br />premises be occupied, the fire official shall first present <br />proper credentials and request entry. <br /> <br /> (b) Any person, including the owner, lessee, manager, <br />operator, or occupant of any structure or premises who shall <br /> <br /> <br />
