AN ORDINANCE TO ~END THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING SECTION 6-8.1 <br />AND SECTION 35-234 THEREOF, PERTAINING TO THE BOUNDARIES <br />OF THE URBAN ENTERPRISE ZONE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that ~6-8.1 and ~35-234 of the Code <br />of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended to <br />include census tract 121 and 122 within the boundaries <br />of the Urban Enterprise Zone. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia at a meeting held July .8, 1986. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
