ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-86-9 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential <br />R-75 the property described in petition for Zoning Amendment <br />No. Z-86-9 is hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as Commercial C-2-K Conditional, and that <br />said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-2-K <br />Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected_by this ordinance <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-86-9 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the southwest intersection <br />of Portsmouth Boulevard and Chestnut Street; <br />thence south along the west right-of-way of <br />Chestnut Street 270.56'; thence west 227.53'; <br />thence north 155'~; thence east 42'+; thence <br />north 145' to the south right-of-wa~ of Ports- <br />mouth Boulevard; thence east along said right- <br />of-way 185'+ to Chestnut Street, the point of <br />origin. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Ordinance Amendment Z-86-9 is conditioned <br />upon the following as proffered by the petitioner: <br /> <br /> (a) The property described herein shall be used <br />only for the development and operation of a parking lot. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia at a meeting held July 8, 1986. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
