ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-86-8 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the Zoning Map attached to <br />and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Downtown D-1 <br />Subdistrict Industrial I the property described in <br />petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-86-8 is hereby amended <br />and changed so as to show said property zoned as Downtown <br />D-1 Subdistrict Mixed Use M-K Conditional, and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Downtown D-1 Subdistrict Mixed <br />Use M-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-86-8 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the southeast intersection <br />of High Street and Meander Road; thence south- <br />east along the east right-of-way of Meander <br />Road 45'+ to a point; thence northeasterly <br />50'+ to The south right-of-way of High Street; <br />thence west along said right-of-way 55'~ to <br />Meander Road, the point of origin. <br /> <br /> 3.
