AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,037,716. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND AND $549,284. FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE RIVER POINTE PHASE I AND II. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Million, <br />Thirty Seven Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixteen and 00/100 <br />($1,037,716.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund and the <br />sum of Five Hundred Forty Nine Thousand, Two Hundred <br />Eighty Four and 00/100 ($549,284.)
