1986-62 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-86-6 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Vir§inta, 1973, which now zones as Industrial <br />M-1 the property described herein, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential <br />R-60-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-86-6 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the center lines of the <br />intersection of Frederick Boulevard and <br />Elliott Avenue; thence westerly along the <br />center line of Elliott Avenue 750' + to a <br />point; thence north 400' + to a point; thence <br />east 85'; thence south 30~ to the north right- <br />of-way of Wilcox Avenue (a paper street); <br />thence east along said right-of-way 352.3'; <br />thence north 100' + to the center line of <br />Frederick Boulevard; thence southeasterly <br />along said center line to the center line of <br />Elliott Avenue, the point of origin. <br /> <br /> 3.
