AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $400,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO AIRLINE <br />BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that the sum of Four Hundred <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($400,000.)
