Section 21.-54.10. Enforcement of Article; Injunctive <br /> relief. <br /> <br /> ~n addition to the penalty provisions provided for <br />herein the City Attorney may apply to the Circuit Court <br />for an injunction restraining the continuing operation <br />by any organization of bingo games or raffles which have <br />not been conducted in conformity with the provisions of <br />this Division or the above-~eferenced Article of the <br />Code of Virginia or any aspect thereof. <br /> <br /> 2.
