(c) Both quarterly and annual reports of gross receipts and disbursements shall include complete listings of organizations and projects to which any receipts from bingo games or raffles were donated or used. The exact amount of each donation must be listed and receipts shall be obtained and preserved. (d) In the event a required report is not filed when due, the City Manager may, in his discretion, revoke or suspend the permit and the organization shall not conduct any bingo game or raffle thereafter until such repcrt is filed, accepted and approved by the City Manager or his designee and a new permit issued. (e) Failure to timely file reports described herein when due shall cause the automatic suspension of the permit and the organization shall not conduct any bingo game or raffle thereafter until such report is filed in accordance with this Division and a new permit issued. (f) The City Manager or his designated representative may review or audit any prior annual reports filed by any organization. Section 12-54.5. Schedule of fees. An audit fee payable to the City Treasurer shall accompany each annual report filed by an organization and shall be one per centum (1%) of the g~oss receipts which the organization ~eports. Section 21-54.6. Accounting/Auditing ~rocedures and forms. (a) The City Manager is hereby authorized through his designated representative to develop and implement accounting/auditing procedures and forms necessary to obtain accurate data pertaining to the operation of bingo games or raffles, including but not limited to, gross receipts from bingo games, instant bingo games and raffles, and to the disbursements of such receipts fo~ expenses and charitable purposes and to all other matters pertinent to the enforcement of this ordinance.
