Section 21-54.3. Membership list. <br /> <br /> As part of the application process and prior to <br />being granted a bingo or raffle permit an organization <br />shall provide a complete list of all persons who have <br />been members of such organization for at least ninety <br />days (90). Only the persons designated on such list <br />shall participate in the management, operation, or <br />conduct of any bingo game or raffle. Information <br />sufficient to establish the bona fides of membership may <br />be required by the City Manager or his designated <br />representative. Members added after the issuance of a <br />permit shall not be permitted to participate in the <br />management, operation or conduct of any bingo game or <br />~affte until their name has been added to the membership <br />list maintained by the City Manager or his designated <br />~epresentative, and such amended membership list shall <br />have been on file with the City for at least ninety days <br />(90) prio~ to such participation. The spouse of any <br />such bona fide member may participate in the operation <br />or conduct of a bingo game or raffle if a bona fide <br />membe~ is present. <br /> <br />Section 12-54.4. Records of receipts and disbursements. <br /> <br /> (a) Complete records of all receipts and <br />disbursements from bingo games including instant bingo <br />and special bingo and raffles shall be kep~ and shall be <br />filed annually under oath with the City Manager or his <br />designated representatives on such forms as may be <br />provided therefor. All such accounting shall be made on <br />or before the 1st day of November of each calendar year <br />for which a permit has been issued. <br /> <br /> Such accounting shall include a record of the gross <br />receipts or disbursements of the organization for the <br />year which commenced on the 1st day of October of the <br />previous year. <br /> <br /> (b) Any organization whose gross Feceipts exceed <br />fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) during any calendar <br />quarter shall be required to file an additional <br />accounting of its receipts and disbursements during such <br />quarter not later than sixty (60) days following the <br />last day of such quarter. "Gross receipts" as used <br />herein shall mean the total amount of money received <br />from bingo and instant bingo, operations or raffles <br />before the deduction of expenses ox prizes. <br /> <br /> <br />
