BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the U. S. Navy be, and <br />hereby is, requested to develop and implement a system <br />acceptable to the State Water Control Board and the City of <br />Portsmouth for monitoring, control and treatment of such <br />contaminated water prior to introduction thereof into the <br />City of Portsmouth Sewage Treatment System. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she <br />hereby is, directed to forward a copy of this resolution to <br />the Commander of the Norfolk Naval ShiDyard, PortsmOuth, <br />Virginia; The director of the State Water Control Board of <br />Virginia; Representative Norman Sisisky; Senator John Warner <br />and Senator Paul Trible; and Members of the Portsmouth <br />Delegation to the General Assembly. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held November 10, 1986. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
