NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Portsmouth that the certain group housing <br />project designated as GHP-86-4 as revised and more <br />s~cifically designated in correspondence from Master <br />Development Corporation dated June 10, 1986 with <br />enclosures and shown on plans filed on June 10, 1986 <br />with the appropriate officials of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, such documentation and plans being <br />made a part hereof, is hereby granted approval subject <br />to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. A Certificate of Compliance must be obtained <br />from the Downtown D-1 Design Committee prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> 2. A standard site improvement plan must be <br />submitted to the Department of Engineering & Technical <br />Services for review and approval. <br /> <br /> 3. The project shall be developed pursuant to the <br />terms and conditions of a Development Agreement entered <br />in~o by and between the City of Portsmouth, Portsmouth <br />Redevelopment & Housing Authority and Master Development <br />Corporation dated August 13, 1985, and the First <br />Amendment to said Development Agreement dated March 11, <br />1986 and the Second Amendment to said Development <br />Agreement dated June , 1986, such Development <br />Agreement, as amended, being made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 10, 1986. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
